A Dashing and Dazzling December!

The Scientists in School Winter Wonders program taught us so much about animal life in winter.

The candy cane is so much more than just a candy. It reminds us of the true meaning of Christmas. 

The Gingerbread Baby may have escaped the oven in the book but ours sure didn't. The only place they escaped was in to our mouths. Yummy!

No Way...It's November Already!

We made crosses with fingerprint poppies to honor those who fought for peace in our world.

 "They gave their today, so we could have tomorrow. Lest' we forget." 

We learned about penguins this month. Here we are making penguins out of shapes.

The magician was so much fun! He even made a real dove pop out of a balloon!
