Hip Hip Hooray...It's 100 Days!

The 100th Day of kindergarten was one to be remembered forever. In the 100 days we have spent together, we have become like family in our class. We care so much about each other, we help each other, we encourage each other, and we support each other. On the 100th day we celebrated all that we have accomplished and it was fantastic. These kids should be so proud of themselves....they continue to amaze me every single day and they put a smile on my face every day!

We thought it would be fun to pretend we were turning 100 years old and we made self portraits of what we might look like when we turned 100.

We made fruit loop necklaces with 100 fruit loops on them to wear for our parade.

We also made crazy hats to wear for our parade.

The parade was the best part of our 100th day! We loved hearing the other students in the school and our families cheer us on. We were so proud of ourselves!

HAPPY 100th DAY of KINDERGARTEN!!!

February is for Friendship

We had a wonderful time celebrating our friendship on Valentines Day. We are so blessed to have such amazing friends who are there for us when we need them and who care for us unconditionally.

321...Blastoff!

This month, we blasted off to the SpacePort at the Calgary International Airport. While we were here, we explored and discovered outer space. We got to see star constellations inside of an inflatable dome, watch a video with real astronauts in space, look at space food, sit inside of a space shuttle, and launch a rocket. It was so much fun and we learned a lot! Here are our little astronauts in training!

A Dashing and Dazzling December!

A Dashing and Dazzling December!

The Scientists in School Winter Wonders program taught us so much about animal life in winter.

Thank you Constable Kerri for teaching us about police officers!

The candy cane is so much more than just a candy. It reminds us of the true meaning of Christmas.

The Gingerbread Baby may have escaped the oven in the book but ours sure didn't. The only place they escaped was in to our mouths. Yummy!
